Andalusia Whiskey
Andalusia Whiskey Co produces fine handcrafted whiskeys in the Texas Hill Country - a scene reminiscent of the hills in the beautiful Andalucia, Spain. Each whiskey being “grain to glass,” beginning with a mash of the finest American grown malted grains. Production is continued right here in Blanco, Texas distilling each in our hand-crafted copper pot still.
Milam & Greene Whiskey
Milam & Greene Whiskey believes in using the best people and ingredients to create delicious, award-winning whiskey for whiskey lovers. Named after its founder, Texas entrepreneur Marsha Milam, and master blender, and author, Heather Greene, Milam & Greene Whiskey embodies the dedication and expertise of its remarkable team.
Real Spirits
All Real Spirits starts with – of course – a foundation of Real Ale beer. Currently, Real Ale’s Devil’s Backbone Belgian-style Tripel and the award-winning Real Heavy Scotch Ale are used to make our signature and single barrel whiskey, and White, a Belgian-style wheat ale, is the base beer for our gin. This means we make all Real Spirits liquors grain-to-glass. They are brewed, fermented, aged, bottled, and served on-site at the brewery and distillery in Blanco.
Garrison Brothers Distillery
Each and every bottle of Garrison Brothers is milled, cooked, distilled, barreled and aged at our distillery in Hye, Texas. And with expressions ranging from 80 to 140-proof, there’s something for every bourbon lover to enjoy.
Round Mountain distilling
Every step in the creation of XXVIII Premium Texas Rum, from fermentation to bottle, is completed at our Distillery in Round Mountain, TX. The molasses and water we use are from our home state, because we know none purer. We triple distill to ensure a smooth, clean spirit. Finally, our rum rests in American Oak barrels creating the traits which complete its character. XXVIII is connected to Texas in many ways and holds the spirit of our state's history.
